Who am I?
My name is Gordon Daniels, and I reside in a small town in Southwestern New Hampshire, in the USA.  

What is my experience?
My experience in the field started in 1989, working in an awards department of a sports shop.  Since then, I have attained journeyman engraver status, and have proficiency in CorelDraw & Adobe Photoshop, both of which are used to digitize and engrave your custom designed Logos;  I also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, FrontPage, and several other software applications which assist me in my ongoing quest to upgrade my levels and abilities.

What is my equipment?
Well, for all of you engravers out there, we operate a Xenetech 1625 Viper system engraver.   For all you non-engravers, it simply means I own an awesome and powerful engraving machine.   I also own a Laser engraver, and several smaller Pantograph engravers.   We are capable of engraving on many different materials and shapes, and at many different layers, although the more complicated the job, the longer and more expensive it will be.   We also have the capability of "free hand" engraving.

How is our Business Reputation?
We are starting to acquire customers from around the country, as we are beginning to process orders from states such as New York, Florida, and some from the Ohio Valley area.   We would be happy to provide references upon your request, once we know what types of products you seek.

Why should I buy from you, instead of a larger, well known company?
It's always a risk, purchasing from a new source, especially on the Internet.    My best sales pitch at this time is a simple and honest one;  I'm a very hard worker, and I am willing to service your business needs.  My business goals are to establish pricing that is economically feasible (to lower costs) for you, and still profitable for myself.   Unlike large companies, I do not have large overhead to worry about, therefore, I will be constantly researching and monitoring the Web to find what the current competitive pricing is.   Also I wish to re-establish a dying policy among today's fast paced businesses;  Quality Customer Service!!  

As far as to what my goals are, I am looking to expand the commercial end of my business - I have the knowledge and experience, and also a good supporting cast within my business.  You will find few people that will work harder for you;   That is the simple honest truth from someone experienced in engraving!
